Uttar Pradesh की शिक्षा व्यवस्था एक नए दौर में प्रवेश कर रही है। UP Budget 2026-27 में शिक्षा क्षेत्र को पिछले साल से 12.9% ज्यादा बजट दिया गया है। Higher Education के लिए ₹6,591 crore का प्रावधान किया गया है जो 2025-26 से 7% ज्यादा है। Secondary Education में ₹22,167 crore की allocation हुई है — यानी 15% की बढ़ोतरी।

सबसे बड़ी खबर यह है कि UP सरकार ने 14 नए medical colleges की घोषणा की है जिनके लिए ₹1,023 crore का बजट रखा गया है। साथ ही Lucknow में एक cancer institute बनाने के लिए ₹315 crore अलग से रखे गए हैं। UP के हर जिले में Chief Minister Model Composite Schools खोले जाएंगे।

यह सब आंकड़े सिर्फ numbers नहीं हैं — ये उन लाखों छात्रों के लिए नए दरवाजे हैं जो Lucknow, Kanpur, Prayagraj, Meerut, Ghaziabad, Bareilly और Moradabad जैसे जिलों में रहकर अपने सपने पूरे करना चाहते हैं।

उत्तर प्रदेश में मौजूदा शिक्षा स्थिति — एक बड़ा बदलाव

2017 से पहले UP की शिक्षा व्यवस्था की हालत किसी से छुपी नहीं थी। नकल माफिया, paper leaks, और rank में कोई university नहीं। लेकिन आज तस्वीर काफी बदल चुकी है।

UP Higher Education Minister Yogendra Upadhyay ने Zee Education Conclave 2025 में बताया कि आज तीन state universities UGC Grade-1 में हैं, छह government universities को NAAC A++ grade मिला है और तीन को A+। सात top institutions अब NIRF Rankings में हैं और तीन universities देश की Top 100 universities में शामिल हैं।

UP Cabinet ने हाल ही में तीन नई private universities को मंजूरी दी है:

• Vedanta University, Muzaffarnagar — Lala Fatehchand Charitable Trust द्वारा प्रबंधित
• Bodhisattva University, Barabanki — Final operational clearance मिल चुका है
• तीसरी university भी UP में जल्द शुरू होगी

इसके अलावा UP सरकार ‘Samarth’ portal को 2025-26 में सभी universities और colleges में लागू करने की योजना बना रही है। यह portal higher education को digital, transparent और efficient बनाएगा।

Class 10–12 के छात्रों के लिए जरूरी जानकारी

UP Board से पढ़ने वाले लाखों छात्रों के लिए यह बदलाव का समय है। NEP 2020 के तहत 5+3+3+4 structure लागू हो रहा है जो पुराने 10+2 system की जगह लेगा। इसका मतलब है कि आने वाले सालों में पढ़ाई का तरीका, subjects का चुनाव और exam pattern — सब बदलेगा।

Class 10 के छात्रों को क्या ध्यान रखना चाहिए:

• NEP 2020 के तहत अब coding Class 6 से mandatory हो रही है — technology skills पर ध्यान दें
• Vocational education को seriously लें — यह अब Class 6 से Class 8 तक compulsory हो रही है

UP में बदलते शिक्षा माहौल का फायदा उठाने के लिए यह गलतियां बिल्कुल मत करें:

1. नई universities को ignore करना: Vedanta University Muzaffarnagar, Bodhisattva University Barabanki जैसी नई universities में fresh admissions और better infrastructure होगा। इन्हें explore करें।
2. Skill development को कम आंकना: UP में 286 ITIs और 149 upgraded ITIs हैं जो Tata Technologies के साथ industry-aligned training दे रहे हैं। Skill certificate वाले candidates को direct employment मिल रही है।
