UP Scholarship 2026 – Online Apply कैसे करें, Documents और Last Date की पूरी जानकारी

Uttar Pradesh सरकार हर साल लाखों छात्रों को scholarship देती है, लेकिन हर साल हजारों students सिर्फ form भरने में गलती करने या documents गलत होने की वजह से scholarship से वंचित रह जाते हैं। इस साल 2026 में UP Scholarship Portal पर कुछ नए बदलाव किए गए हैं जो हर student और parent को जानने जरूरी हैं।

पिछले महीने Social Welfare Department ने announce किया कि इस बार scholarship की payment December तक complete हो जाएगी। साथ ही Aadhaar verification अब mandatory कर दिया गया है। जिन students ने पिछली बार documents की वजह से scholarship miss की थी, उनके लिए यह article बहुत काम आएगा।

UP Scholarship 2026 में क्या नया है

इस साल सबसे बड़ा बदलाव यह है कि अब Aadhaar-based payment system लागू हो गया है। पहले कई students को scholarship bank account में नहीं आती थी क्योंकि account details गलत होते थे। अब Aadhaar से linked bank account में directly DBT के through payment आएगी।

दूसरा बदलाव यह है कि अब income certificate की validity 6 महीने से बढ़ाकर 1 साल कर दी गई है। पहले हर साल नया income certificate बनवाना पड़ता था, अब एक बार बना लिया तो पूरे session चल जाएगा।

तीसरा important change यह है कि अब mobile number verification भी compulsory है। OTP के बिना form submit नहीं होगा। Parents का या खुद का जो भी number दें, वह active होना चाहिए।

उत्तर प्रदेश में Scholarship की मौजूदा स्थिति

UP में मुख्य रूप से तीन तरह की scholarships मिलती हैं – Pre-Matric (Class 9-10), Post-Matric (Class 11-12 और Graduation), और Merit-based scholarships। इस साल लगभग 60 लाख students ने scholarship के लिए apply किया है।

Lucknow, Kanpur, Varanasi जैसे बड़े शहरों में तो students को जानकारी मिल जाती है, लेकिन Bahraich, Balrampur, Shravasti, Siddharthnagar जैसे districts में अभी भी awareness कम है। कई students को यह भी नहीं पता कि वे eligible हैं या नहीं।

पिछले साल की statistics देखें तो लगभग 15-20% applications सिर्फ documents की गलती से reject हो गए थे। Income certificate, caste certificate, और bank details में छोटी-छोटी गलतियां बड़ी problem बन जाती हैं।

Class 9-10 के छात्रों के लिए Pre-Matric Scholarship

Pre-Matric scholarship Class 9 और 10 के SC, ST, OBC और Minority students के लिए है। इसमें सालाना 3,000 से 5,000 रुपये तक मिलते हैं। यह amount सीधे student के bank account में आता है, parents के account में नहीं।

Eligibility के लिए family की annual income 2 lakh से कम होनी चाहिए। पिछली class में कम से कम 50% marks होने चाहिए। School में 75% attendance भी जरूरी है।

Pre-Matric के लिए documents: Aadhaar card, school ID card, previous year marksheet, income certificate, caste certificate (अगर applicable हो), bank passbook की copy, और passport size photo।

Class 11-12 और Graduation के छात्रों के लिए Post-Matric Scholarship

Post-Matric scholarship में amount ज्यादा मिलता है। Class 11-12 के students को 5,000 से 12,000 तक और Graduation students को 10,000 से 50,000 तक मिल सकता है। यह course और hostel facility पर depend करता है।

Day scholar students को कम amount मिलता है और hosteller students को ज्यादा। Engineering और Medical students को सबसे ज्यादा scholarship मिलती है – 50,000 तक सालाना।

Post-Matric eligibility: Family income 2.5 lakh से कम (General category के लिए 2 lakh), previous exam में pass होना जरूरी है, और course recognized institution से होना चाहिए।

Parents के लिए जरूरी बातें

Parents को सबसे पहले यह समझना चाहिए कि scholarship automatic नहीं मिलती, हर साल apply करना पड़ता है। कई parents यह सोचते हैं कि एक बार form भर दिया तो अगले साल automatic renew हो जाएगा – यह गलत है।

Income certificate बनवाते समय सही income declare करें। कई लोग कम income दिखाने के चक्कर में fake certificate बनवा लेते हैं, बाद में verification में पकड़े जाते हैं और scholarship cancel हो जाती है। साथ ही legal action भी हो सकता है।

Bank account student के नाम पर होना चाहिए, parents के नाम पर नहीं। Account Aadhaar से linked होना जरूरी है। कई बार payment इसी वजह से नहीं आती कि account Aadhaar से linked नहीं होता।

Mobile number हमेशा active रखें। Portal पर जो भी updates आते हैं वह SMS से inform होते हैं। कई students को यह भी नहीं पता चलता कि उनका form reject हो गया क्योंकि mobile number बंद था।

UP Scholarship Online Apply कैसे करें – Step by Step

Step 1: Registration

सबसे पहले scholarship.up.gov.in पर जाएं। Homepage पर “Student” section में “New Registration” पर click करें। अपनी category select करें – Pre-Matric या Post-Matric।

Registration form में basic details भरें: Name (exactly जैसा marksheet में है), Date of Birth, Gender, Category (SC/ST/OBC/General/Minority), Mobile Number, Email ID (optional लेकिन recommended)।

Mobile number verify करने के लिए OTP आएगा। OTP डालने के बाद password set करें। यह password strong रखें और कहीं लिखकर रख लें।

Step 2: Login और Form Filling

Registration के बाद login करें। Dashboard पर “Fill Application Form” option दिखेगा। Form में सभी details carefully भरें:

Personal Details: Aadhaar number, Father’s name, Mother’s name, Address (exactly जैसा Aadhaar में है), District, Tehsil।

Educational Details: School/College name, Course name, Year/Semester, Roll number, Previous year marks, Admission date।

Income Details: Father’s occupation, Annual income, Income certificate number और date।

Bank Details: Account holder name (student का नाम), Account number, IFSC code, Bank name और branch। यह सब passbook से देखकर भरें, गलती न हो।

Step 3: Documents Upload

सभी documents scan करके upload करें। File size 100 KB से ज्यादा नहीं होनी चाहिए और format JPG या PDF होना चाहिए।

Upload करने से पहले check कर लें कि documents clear हैं और सभी details readable हैं। Blurred या unclear documents reject हो जाते हैं।

Step 4: Final Submit

सभी details भरने और documents upload करने के बाद “Preview” पर click करके पूरा form एक बार check कर लें। अगर कोई गलती हो तो “Edit” से correct कर लें।

सब सही होने पर “Final Submit” पर click करें। Submit होने के बाद एक Registration Number मिलेगा। इसे screenshot लेकर या लिखकर save कर लें। यह number बाद में status check करने के काम आएगा।

Submit के बाद application की printout निकाल लें और school/college में जमा करें। Institute verification के बिना scholarship process आगे नहीं बढ़ेगा।

जरूरी Documents की पूरी List

सभी Students के लिए Mandatory Documents:

• Aadhaar Card (student का, parents का नहीं)
• Passport size photo (recent, white background)
• Bank passbook की first page की copy (account number और IFSC clear दिखना चाहिए)
• Previous year की marksheet (pass certificate)
• Current year का admission receipt या bonafide certificate
• Income certificate (Tehsil या SDM office से बना हुआ, 1 साल से पुराना नहीं होना चाहिए)
• Fee receipt (current year की)

Category-wise Additional Documents:

• SC/ST students: Caste certificate (Tehsil office से जारी)
• OBC students: OBC certificate (Non-Creamy Layer certificate भी जरूरी)
• Minority students: Community certificate
• Divyang students: Disability certificate (40% या उससे ज्यादा disability के लिए)

Important Dates 2026

UP Scholarship के लिए हर साल दो बार applications आते हैं – Fresh applications और Renewal applications।

Fresh Applications (नए students के लिए):

• Registration Start: July 2026 (tentative)
• Last Date to Apply: September 2026
• Institute Verification: October 2026 तक
• Document Verification: November 2026
• Payment: December 2026 – January 2027

Renewal Applications (पुराने students के लिए):

• Registration Start: August 2026
• Last Date: October 2026
• Payment: November 2026 – December 2026

यह dates tentative हैं। Exact dates के लिए scholarship.up.gov.in पर regularly check करते रहें। Portal पर notification आने पर SMS भी आता है अगर mobile number registered है।

District-wise Help Centers और Facilitation

हर district में scholarship facilitation centers बने हुए हैं जहां students जाकर help ले सकते हैं। Lucknow, Kanpur, Varanasi, Prayagraj, Agra, Meerut जैसे बड़े शहरों में तो multiple centers हैं।

Gorakhpur, Bareilly, Moradabad, Aligarh, Jhansi में भी district headquarters पर centers available हैं। छोटे districts जैसे Ballia, Azamgarh, Deoria, Kushinagar में Tehsil level पर centers हैं।

Western UP के students – Muzaffarnagar, Shamli, Baghpat, Meerut – अपने district के Jan Seva Kendra पर जा सकते हैं। Eastern UP – Ghazipur, Ballia, Mau, Chandauli – में भी CSC centers पर help मिलती है।

Bundelkhand region – Jhansi, Lalitpur, Jalaun, Mahoba – में awareness कम है लेकिन district education office में जाकर पूरी जानकारी मिल सकती है।

Students और Parents की आम गलतफहमियां

सबसे बड़ी गलती यह होती है कि students last date के आखिरी दिन form भरने बैठते हैं। उस समय portal पर traffic बहुत ज्यादा होता है और site slow हो जाती है या crash भी हो जाती है। फिर form submit नहीं होता और deadline निकल जाती है।

दूसरी गलती यह है कि documents की copies धुंधली या unclear upload कर देते हैं। Verification के समय ऐसे documents reject हो जाते हैं। हमेशा clear scan या photo upload करें।

तीसरी गलती bank details में होती है। कई students account number या IFSC code गलत भर देते हैं। Payment के समय यह बड़ी problem बन जाती है। Passbook देखकर carefully भरें।

चौथी गलती यह है कि institute verification नहीं करवाते। Form submit करने के बाद printout school/college में जमा करना जरूरी है। बिना institute verification के scholarship नहीं मिलेगी।

पांचवीं गलती यह है कि renewal students सोचते हैं कि पिछली बार मिल गई तो इस बार automatic मिल जाएगी। हर साल fresh application भरना पड़ता है, भले ही renewal हो।

Scholarship Amount कितनी मिलती है

Pre-Matric (Class 9-10):

• Day Scholar: ₹3,000 per year
• Hosteller: ₹5,000 per year

Post-Matric (Class 11-12):

• Arts/Commerce Day Scholar: ₹5,000 per year
• Science Day Scholar: ₹7,000 per year
• Arts/Commerce Hosteller: ₹8,000 per year
• Science Hosteller: ₹12,000 per year

Graduation (BA/BSc/BCom):

• Day Scholar: ₹10,000 per year
• Hosteller: ₹15,000 per year

Professional Courses (Engineering/Medical/MBA):

• Engineering Day Scholar: ₹20,000 per year
• Engineering Hosteller: ₹35,000 per year
• Medical Day Scholar: ₹25,000 per year
• Medical Hosteller: ₹50,000 per year

यह amounts approximate हैं और category के हिसाब से थोड़ा vary कर सकती हैं। SC/ST students को थोड़ा ज्यादा मिलता है।

Scholarship Status कैसे Check करें

Form submit करने के बाद status check करने के लिए scholarship.up.gov.in पर जाएं। “Check Status” option पर click करें। अपना Registration Number और Date of Birth डालें।

Status में अलग-अलग stages दिखेंगे:

• Submitted: Form submit हो गया है
• Institute Verified: School/College ने verify कर दिया
• District Verified: District level verification complete
• Approved: Scholarship approve हो गई
• Payment Sent: Amount bank account में भेज दिया गया
• Rejected: Application reject हो गई (reason भी दिखेगा)

अगर status “Pending at Institute” दिख रहा है तो school/college जाकर verification करवाएं। अगर “Document Error” दिख रहा है तो documents फिर से upload करने पड़ सकते हैं।

Scholarship Reject होने के Common Reasons

सबसे common reason है incomplete documents। कोई एक document miss हो गया या unclear upload हो गया तो reject हो जाता है।

दूसरा reason है income limit exceed होना। अगर family income limit से ज्यादा है तो scholarship नहीं मिलेगी। Income certificate में जो income mentioned है वही count होती है।

तीसरा reason है attendance कम होना। 75% से कम attendance पर scholarship नहीं मिलती। School/college attendance register से verify करते हैं।

चौथा reason है previous year fail होना। अगर पिछली class में fail हुए हैं तो scholarship नहीं मिलेगी। Pass होना mandatory है।

पांचवां reason है duplicate application। कई students गलती से दो बार apply कर देते हैं, दोनों applications reject हो जाती हैं।

Scholarship में Problem होने पर क्या करें

अगर application reject हो गई है तो सबसे पहले rejection reason check करें। Portal पर login करके “View Reason” पर click करें। जो भी problem बताई गई है उसे fix करें।

अगर documents की problem है तो सही documents फिर से upload करें। कुछ cases में re-upload का option मिलता है। अगर नहीं मिल रहा तो helpline number पर call करें।

अगर payment नहीं आई है लेकिन status “Payment Sent” दिख रहा है तो bank जाकर check करें। कभी-कभी payment आ जाती है लेकिन SMS नहीं आता।

अगर bank details गलत भर गए हैं तो जल्दी से district scholarship office में application दें। Bank details correction का process है लेकिन time लगता है।

किसी भी problem के लिए district scholarship cell में जा सकते हैं। हर district में dedicated officers हैं जो help करते हैं। साथ ही helpline number 0522-2288861, 0522-2286199 पर भी call कर सकते हैं।

Future Planning और सही दिशा

Scholarship सिर्फ पैसे के लिए नहीं है, यह students को पढ़ाई continue करने में help करती है। कई middle class और poor families के लिए यह बहुत बड़ा support होता है।

Parents को चाहिए कि scholarship amount को सही जगह use करें। Books, uniform, coaching fees में लगाएं। कुछ amount save भी कर सकते हैं future education के लिए।

Students को भी समझना चाहिए कि scholarship मिलना उनकी responsibility है। 75% attendance maintain करें, अच्छे marks लाएं, और हर साल timely apply करें।

Scholarship के साथ-साथ दूसरी government schemes भी check करें। PM Scholarship, Minority Scholarship, Divyang Scholarship – अलग-अलग schemes हैं जिनमें apply कर सकते हैं।

Students और Parents द्वारा पूछे जाने वाले सवाल

क्या Private School/College के students को scholarship मिलती है?
हां, मिलती है। लेकिन institution recognized होना चाहिए। UP Board, CBSE, ICSE सभी eligible हैं। College UGC approved होना चाहिए।

क्या एक साथ दो scholarships मिल सकती हैं?
नहीं। एक student को एक ही scholarship मिल सकती है। अगर आप UP Scholarship और Central Scholarship दोनों के लिए eligible हैं तो एक choose करना पड़ेगा।

Scholarship कब तक account में आती है?
Normally December-January तक आ जाती है। लेकिन कभी-कभी delay हो जाता है। Status regularly check करते रहें।

क्या Scholarship taxable है?
नहीं। Scholarship amount पर कोई tax नहीं लगता। यह पूरी amount student को मिलती है।

अगर बीच में college change कर लें तो क्या होगा?
College change करने पर नई college से bonafide certificate लेकर scholarship portal पर update करना पड़ेगा। नई college में भी verification होगा।

क्या Scholarship refund करनी पड़ती है?
अगर आप course बीच में छोड़ देते हैं या fail हो जाते हैं तो scholarship amount refund करना पड़ सकता है। इसलिए seriously पढ़ाई करें।

Aadhaar नहीं है तो क्या करें?
Aadhaar अब mandatory है। जल्दी से Aadhaar बनवा लें। Nearest Aadhaar center में जाकर apply करें। 15-20 दिन में मिल जाता है।

Bank account किसके नाम पर होना चाहिए?
Student के नाम पर। Parents के account में payment नहीं आएगी। अगर student minor है तो joint account खोल सकते हैं।
