Uttar Pradesh में teacher बनने का सपना देखने वालों के लिए एक खास और बेहद जरूरी recruitment आई है। Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) ने 13 मार्च 2026 को Special Education Teacher (JTC/HTC Grade) Recruitment 2026 का official notification जारी किया है। यह Advertisement No. 03-Pariksha/2026 के तहत है।

इस recruitment में Divyangjan Sashaktikaran Nideshalaya, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow के अंतर्गत 58 Special Education Teacher posts पर भर्ती होगी। यह posts hearing impaired, visually impaired, physically challenged और mentally challenged बच्चों के लिए बने सरकारी special schools में हैं।

Online application 6 April 2026 से शुरू होगी और last date 27 April 2026 रात 11:59 बजे है। जिन candidates ने UP PET 2025 (Prarambhik Aharta Pariksha 2025) qualify किया है और RCI-recognized Diploma in Special Education रखते हैं — यह उनके लिए एक सुनहरा government teaching job का मौका है।

उत्तर प्रदेश में Special Education की मौजूदा स्थिति

India में Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) special education के field को regulate करती है। RCI-recognized diploma without which कोई भी government special education teacher बन नहीं सकता। UP में Rights of Persons with Disabilities (RPWD) Act, 2016 और NEP 2020 दोनों inclusive education को priority देते हैं — इसीलिए special teachers की माँग बढ़ रही है।

UPSSSC की यह recruitment UP Divyangjan Sashaktikaran Vibhag Adhyapak Seva Niyamavali, 2000 (4th Amendment 2022 तक) के तहत हो रही है। Selected candidates को Pay Level-6 salary मिलेगी — यानी ₹35,400 से ₹1,12,400 प्रति माह — साथ में सभी government benefits।

Eligibility और Selection Process — पूरी जानकारी

Educational Qualification:

• Class 12 (Intermediate) या equivalent — recognized board से
• RCI-recognized institute से Diploma in Special Education relevant disability area में — जैसे B.Ed Special Education (Hearing Impaired), D.Ed Special Education (Visual Impairment), Diploma in Special Education (Intellectual Disability) आदि
• Post के अनुसार Braille Script या Sign Language का knowledge
• RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) में Specialist Teacher के रूप में registration
• UP PET 2025 qualify — valid score card होना अनिवार्य। Zero, negative या zero से कम score वाले candidates eligible नहीं।

Age Limit (1 July 2026 के अनुसार):

• Minimum: 21 साल
• Maximum: 40 साल
• SC/ST, OBC, Ex-Servicemen और अन्य reserved categories को UP Government rules के अनुसार age relaxation

Written Exam Pattern और Syllabus

UPSSSC Special Education Teacher Main Written Exam 100 marks का objective type paper होगा। तीन sections होंगे:

• Section 1 — Disability: Disability के types, causes, identification और intervention
• Section 2 — Child Development and Learning: Pedagogy, child psychology, inclusive education methods
• Section 3 — Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act (RPWD Act 2016) और General Knowledge of UP: 20 marks — UP सरकार, history, geography, economy

Skill Test qualifying nature का है — इसके marks final merit में नहीं जुड़ते। Sign Language और Braille के posts में यह mandatory है, बाकी posts में skill test नहीं होगा।

Apply कैसे करें — Step-by-Step Process

1. Official website upsssc.gov.in खोलें
2. “Live Advertisement” section में Advt. No. 03-Exam/2026 का link ढूंढें
3. PET-2025 Registration Number और OTP से login करें
4. Screen पर आपकी personal details (name, DOB, category आदि) PET-2025 से auto-fill होंगी — verify करें
5. Educational qualification और RCI registration details भरें

याद रखें: Application form में कोई गलती होने पर correction window 4 May 2026 तक है। इसके बाद कोई बदलाव नहीं होगा।

Students की आम गलतियां

1. PET 2025 score card तैयार न रखना: Login सिर्फ PET-2025 Registration Number से होगा। यह number और OTP पहले से ready रखें।
2. RCI registration confirm न करना: Application भरने से पहले RCI website पर जाकर confirm करें कि आपका registration valid और active है।
3. Diploma के subject का mismatch: Post के अनुसार सही disability area में diploma होना जरूरी है। जैसे hearing impaired post के लिए hearing impairment में diploma चाहिए — दूसरे area का diploma eligible नहीं माना जाएगा।
4. Application last date तक wait करना: 27 April की deadline पर server slow हो सकता है। 10-15 April के बीच ही apply करें।
5. Skill Test की preparation ignore करना: Sign Language और Braille Script qualifying हैं लेकिन इन्हें fail करने पर selection नहीं होगी। अभी से practice शुरू करें।
