UP Scholarship 2026: 18 मार्च को आएगा Payment – Status Check करने का Complete तरीका

उत्तर प्रदेश में लाखों छात्रों का इंतजार खत्म होने वाला है। UP Scholarship 2026 का payment 18 March 2026 को होने जा रहा है। समाज कल्याण विभाग ने officially confirm किया है कि जिन students ने अपने scholarship forms में correction करके 18 February तक institute में submit कर दिया था, उनका पैसा सीधे bank account में transfer होगा। यह payment pre-matric और post-matric दोनों categories के students के लिए है।

इस बार की scholarship disbursement में कुछ important changes हैं। सबसे बड़ा बदलाव यह है कि अब Aadhaar-based payment system पूरी तरह mandatory हो गया है। जिन students का Aadhaar bank account से linked नहीं है, उनका payment hold रहेगा। दूसरा बदलाव यह है कि institute verification अब online हो गया है, जिससे process fast हो गई है।

UP Scholarship 2026 Timeline और Important Dates

UP Scholarship 2026 की पूरी process कई phases में हुई है। July 2025 में registration शुरू हुई थी। Pre-matric students के लिए last date 30 October 2025 थी और post-matric के लिए 20 December 2025 तक registration चली। इसके बाद November से January तक verification process चला।

Correction window 1 February से 13 February 2026 तक खुली थी। इस दौरान students अपने forms में गलतियां सुधार सकते थे। फिर 18 February तक corrected forms को institute में submit करना था। अब final disbursement 18 March को होगा।

जिन students ने correction deadline miss कर दी या institute में form submit नहीं किया, उनका payment इस batch में नहीं आएगा। उन्हें अगले academic year में fresh application करनी होगी। इसलिए हर student को अपना status जरूर check करना चाहिए।

Payment amount भी category और class के according अलग-अलग है। Pre-matric में Class 9-10 के students को ₹3,000 से ₹5,000 तक मिलते हैं। Post-matric में graduation students को ₹5,000 से ₹12,000 तक और post-graduation students को ₹5,000 से ₹20,000 तक मिल सकते हैं। Exact amount course और category पर depend करती है।

किन Students को मिलेगा Payment

UP Scholarship 2026 में payment उन्हीं students को मिलेगा जिन्होंने पूरी process correctly follow की है। सबसे पहली condition यह है कि student का registration complete होना चाहिए। Registration में सभी details accurate होनी चाहिए – name, date of birth, Aadhaar number, bank account details।

दूसरी important condition institute verification है। Student के college या school ने online portal पर उसकी details verify की होनी चाहिए। अगर institute ने verification pending छोड़ दिया है तो payment नहीं आएगा। बहुत से students की scholarship इसी वजह से रुक जाती है।

तीसरी condition bank account validation है। Student का bank account Aadhaar से linked होना चाहिए। Account number और IFSC code सही होने चाहिए। अगर bank details में कोई गलती है तो payment fail हो जाएगा और refund process में महीनों लग सकते हैं।

चौथी condition document verification है। Income certificate, caste certificate, previous year marksheet, fee receipt – यह सब documents properly upload होने चाहिए। Documents की quality भी matter करती है। Blurred या unclear documents reject हो जाते हैं।

पांचवीं condition attendance है। कुछ institutes minimum attendance requirement रखते हैं। अगर student की attendance 75% से कम है तो scholarship hold हो सकती है। यह rule खासकर post-matric students के लिए strict है।

Status Check कैसे करें – Step by Step

UP Scholarship status check करना बहुत आसान है। Official portal up.gov.in” title=”UP Scholarship Official Portal” target=”_blank” rel=”noopener noreferrer”>scholarship.up.gov.in पर जाना होगा। यह portal mobile और computer दोनों पर अच्छे से काम करता है।

Step 1 में homepage पर Student Login section में जाएं। अपना registration number और password डालें। Password वही है जो registration के समय बनाया था। अगर password भूल गए हैं तो Forgot Password option use करें।

Step 2 में login करने के बाद dashboard खुलेगा। यहां Application Status का option दिखेगा। उस पर click करें। आपकी current application status दिखेगी – Pending, Under Verification, Approved, या Rejected।

Step 3 में अगर status Approved है तो Payment Status check करें। यहां दिखेगा कि payment processing में है या already transferred हो गया। अगर Transferred दिख रहा है तो amount और date भी दिखेगी।

Step 4 में Bank Account Details verify करें। Dashboard में ही Bank Details section होगा। Check करें कि account number, IFSC code, और bank name सही है या नहीं। अगर कोई गलती है तो अब correct नहीं कर सकते, अगले साल ध्यान रखना होगा।

Step 5 में Institute Verification Status देखें। यह बहुत important है। अगर institute ने verify नहीं किया है तो status में Pending at Institute दिखेगा। ऐसे में तुरंत अपने college या school के scholarship nodal officer से contact करें।

अगर कोई technical problem आ रही है portal पर तो helpline number 0522-2288861 पर call करें। या email भी कर सकते हैं scholarship.up@gov.in पर। लेकिन response में 2-3 दिन लग सकते हैं।

Payment Pending या Rejected होने के कारण

बहुत से students का payment pending रह जाता है या reject हो जाता है। सबसे common reason institute verification pending होना है। कुछ colleges और schools में scholarship cell properly काम नहीं करता। वे students के forms को time पर verify नहीं करते।

दूसरा बड़ा reason bank account mismatch है। अगर student ने form में जो account number दिया है और Aadhaar से जो account linked है, दोनों अलग हैं तो payment fail हो जाता है। यह problem खासकर उन students को होती है जिन्होंने बीच में bank account change किया है।

तीसरा reason document issues हैं। Income certificate expired हो गया हो, या caste certificate में spelling mistake हो, या fee receipt की date wrong हो – ऐसी छोटी-छोटी गलतियों से application reject हो जाती है।

चौथा reason duplicate application है। कुछ students गलती से दो बार apply कर देते हैं। या पहले किसी और category में apply किया था और फिर दूसरी category में। ऐसे में system automatically reject कर देता है।

पांचवा reason previous year pending है। अगर पिछले साल की scholarship में कोई issue था और वह resolve नहीं हुआ, तो इस साल की scholarship भी hold हो सकती है। यह especially उन students को होता है जिन्होंने college change किया है।

छठा reason attendance shortage है। कुछ institutes attendance data भी upload करते हैं। अगर student की attendance requirement से कम है तो scholarship रोक दी जाती है।

Category-wise Scholarship Amount और Eligibility

UP Scholarship अलग-अलग categories के लिए है। हर category की अपनी eligibility criteria और amount है।

SC ST Category में pre-matric students को ₹3,000 से ₹5,000 मिलते हैं। Post-matric में graduation के लिए ₹5,000 से ₹12,000 और post-graduation के लिए ₹5,000 से ₹20,000 तक। इसमें maintenance allowance और fee reimbursement दोनों शामिल हैं।

OBC Category में भी similar structure है लेकिन income limit strict है। Family income ₹2 lakh से कम होनी चाहिए। Amount भी SC ST से थोड़ा कम होता है।

General Category में EWS students के लिए scholarship है। Income limit ₹1 lakh है। Amount ₹3,000 से ₹10,000 के बीच होती है course के according।

Minority Category में Muslim, Christian, Sikh, Buddhist, Jain, Parsi students eligible हैं। Income limit ₹2 lakh है। Pre-matric में ₹3,000 से ₹5,000 और post-matric में ₹5,000 से ₹12,000 मिलते हैं।

Dashmottar Scholarship Class 9-10 के students के लिए है। यह सभी categories के लिए है। Amount ₹3,000 से ₹5,000 होती है।

Physically Handicapped students के लिए special scholarship है। इसमें amount थोड़ा ज्यादा होता है और eligibility criteria भी relaxed हैं। 40% disability certificate होना चाहिए।

Bank Account में Payment कब Reflect होगा

18 March को payment release होगा लेकिन सभी students के account में same day नहीं आएगा। यह bank और branch के according 2-3 दिन लग सकते हैं। Generally SBI, PNB जैसे बड़े banks में fast processing होती है।

Payment PFMS (Public Financial Management System) के through होता है। यह direct benefit transfer है जो सीधे student के account में जाता है। कोई middleman नहीं है। SMS notification भी आता है जब amount credit होता है।

अगर 21 March तक payment नहीं आया तो अपने bank branch में जाकर check करें। कभी-कभी technical issues की वजह से delay होता है। Bank manager को अपना Aadhaar number और scholarship registration number बताएं।

अगर payment wrong account में चला गया है तो तुरंत scholarship helpline को inform करें। साथ ही bank में भी complaint दें। Reversal process में 15-30 दिन लग सकते हैं।

कुछ cases में payment hold भी हो सकता है। अगर कोई verification pending है या documents में issue है तो payment next batch में transfer होगा। ऐसे में patience रखें और अपने institute से regular follow-up करें।

Lucknow Noida Kanpur और अन्य Cities में Scholarship

Lucknow में सबसे ज्यादा scholarship applications आती हैं क्योंकि यहां universities और colleges बहुत हैं। Lucknow University, KGMU, BBAU जैसे institutes के हजारों students scholarship लेते हैं। Lucknow के students को generally payment time पर मिल जाता है क्योंकि यहां के institutes verification fast करते हैं।

Noida और Greater Noida में भी बहुत students scholarship के लिए apply करते हैं। यहां की खासियत यह है कि ज्यादातर students private colleges में हैं। Private colleges में कभी-कभी scholarship cell properly नहीं होता। Students को खुद proactive होकर follow-up करना पड़ता है।

Kanpur में IIT Kanpur, HBTU जैसे technical institutes हैं। Technical courses की scholarship amount थोड़ी ज्यादा होती है। Kanpur के students को engineering और polytechnic courses के लिए अच्छी scholarship मिलती है।

Varanasi में BHU का बहुत बड़ा student base है। BHU central university है इसलिए वहां की scholarship process थोड़ी अलग है। BHU students को central scholarship भी मिलती है और UP scholarship भी। लेकिन दोनों एक साथ नहीं ले सकते।

Prayagraj में Allahabad University और MNNIT जैसे institutes हैं। यहां के students को scholarship में कम problems आती हैं क्योंकि यह पुराने institutes हैं और उनका scholarship system well-established है।

Meerut, Agra, Bareilly जैसे tier-2 cities में scholarship awareness कम है। बहुत से eligible students apply ही नहीं करते। या फिर documents में गलतियां हो जाती हैं। इन cities के students को ज्यादा guidance की जरूरत होती है।

Common Problems और Solutions

सबसे बड़ी problem यह है कि students को अपना registration number याद नहीं रहता। Solution यह है कि registration के समय जो confirmation email या SMS आया था, उसे save करके रखें। अगर वह भी नहीं है तो portal पर Forgot Registration Number option use करें।

दूसरी problem password भूल जाना है। इसका solution Forgot Password option है। लेकिन इसके लिए registered mobile number और email active होने चाहिए। अगर mobile number change हो गया है तो helpline पर call करनी पड़ेगी।

तीसरी problem institute verification pending रहना है। इसका solution यह है कि अपने college या school के principal office में जाएं। Scholarship nodal officer से मिलें। अपना registration number और documents ले जाएं। कुछ institutes में verification के लिए अलग से application देनी पड़ती है।

चौथी problem bank account issue है। अगर account number wrong है तो इस साल तो कुछ नहीं हो सकता। लेकिन अगले साल के लिए सही account number update करें। Aadhaar-bank linking के लिए अपने bank branch में जाएं।

पांचवी problem document rejection है। अगर कोई document reject हुआ है तो portal पर reason दिखेगा। उस document को फिर से proper format में upload करें। अगर correction window बंद हो गई है तो अगले साल fresh application में सही document लगाएं।

छठी problem duplicate application है। अगर गलती से दो applications हो गई हैं तो helpline को email करें। अपना registration number और details भेजें। वे duplicate application cancel कर देंगे।

Next Year के लिए Important Tips

अगर इस साल scholarship में कोई problem आई है तो अगले साल के लिए तैयारी अभी से शुरू करें। सबसे पहले सभी documents update करें। Income certificate हर साल fresh बनवाना पड़ता है। Caste certificate एक बार बन जाए तो permanent है लेकिन check करें कि expire तो नहीं हो गया।

Bank account details confirm करें। Aadhaar से linking verify करें। अगर account change करना है तो अभी कर लें। Registration के समय सही account number ही दें।

Previous year marksheet और fee receipt ready रखें। Fee receipt में college seal और principal signature होना चाहिए। Self-attested copies बना लें।

Registration जल्दी करें। Last date का wait न करें। July में ही registration शुरू हो जाती है। August-September में कर दें तो verification के लिए ज्यादा time मिलता है।

Institute से regular contact में रहें। Scholarship nodal officer का mobile number save करें। Verification status regularly check करते रहें। अगर कोई issue है तो तुरंत resolve करें।

Documents की scanned copies high quality में रखें। PDF format में save करें। File size 200 KB से कम रखें लेकिन clarity compromise न करें। Mobile से photo लेने की बजाय scanner use करें।

Scholarship Fraud से कैसे बचें

कुछ लोग students को scholarship dilwane के naam पर fraud करते हैं। वे कहते हैं कि वे scholarship fast करवा देंगे या ज्यादा amount dilwa देंगे। ऐसे लोगों से सावधान रहें।

UP Scholarship पूरी तरह free process है। कोई fees नहीं लगती। न registration के लिए, न verification के लिए, न payment के लिए। अगर कोई पैसे मांग रहा है तो वह fraud है।

अपना registration number और password किसी को न दें। कुछ लोग कहते हैं कि वे आपका form check करेंगे या correction करेंगे। लेकिन फिर वे details change कर देते हैं या bank account number बदल देते हैं।

SMS या email में आने वाले links पर click करने से पहले verify करें। Phishing attacks बहुत होते हैं। Official portal scholarship.up.gov.in ही है। किसी दूसरी website पर login न करें।

अगर कोई suspicious activity दिखे तो तुरंत cyber crime helpline 1930 पर call करें। साथ ही scholarship helpline को भी inform करें। अपना password तुरंत change करें।

Institute के किसी staff member ने अगर पैसे मांगे verification के लिए तो यह corruption है। इसकी complaint district magistrate office में कर सकते हैं। Anti-corruption helpline 1064 भी है।

Students और Parents द्वारा पूछे जाने वाले सवाल

Payment exact कब आएगा?

18 March को release होगा। Bank account में 18 से 21 March के बीच reflect होगा।

Status में Approved दिख रहा है लेकिन payment नहीं आया? Approved का मतलब है application approve हुई है। Payment Status separately check करें। वहां Processing या Transferred दिखेगा।

Institute verification pending है, अब क्या करें? तुरंत अपने college या school के scholarship nodal officer से मिलें। Principal office में जाएं।

Bank account number wrong है, क्या करें? इस साल तो payment उसी account में जाएगा। अगले साल fresh application में सही account number दें।

Previous year की scholarship नहीं मिली थी, क्या इस साल मिलेगी? हां, अगर इस साल की application सही है तो मिलेगी। लेकिन previous year के लिए अलग से claim करना होगा।

Scholarship amount कम आया, क्या करें? Amount course और category के according fixed है। अगर कम लगता है तो helpline पर query करें।

Duplicate application हो गई, क्या होगा? Helpline को email करें। वे एक application cancel कर देंगे। दोनों reject न हो जाएं इसलिए जल्दी inform करें।

Password भूल गए, कैसे recover करें? Portal पर Forgot Password option use करें। Registered mobile पर OTP आएगा।

Mobile number change हो गया, क्या करें? Helpline पर call करें। Aadhaar card और registration number के साथ। वे manually update कर देंगे।

Scholarship reject हो गई, reason कैसे पता करें? Portal पर login करके Application Status में जाएं। Rejection reason वहां दिखेगा।
