The DGME also posts counselling updates on dgme.up.gov.in. Check both sites rather than trusting forwarded links.

After the merit list is published on October 26, shortlisted candidates can fill their choices from 5 pm the same day. Enter your course and college preferences in order; seats are allotted on merit, preference order, category and seat availability. Those who get a seat must download the allotment letter within the window and report to the allotted college with their documents to complete admission.

Most UP NEET PG aspirants will need their NEET PG scorecard, MBBS degree and internship completion certificates, medical council registration, category and domicile documents, ID proof and recent photographs. The admission documents checklist covers the standard paperwork in detail.
