Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) ने शैक्षिक सत्र 2026-27 के लिए Academic Calendar और नई Guidelines जारी कर दी हैं। Board ने यह calendar अपने official Twitter handle @upboardpryj पर 24 मार्च 2026 को share किया। नया शैक्षिक सत्र 1 अप्रैल 2026 से शुरू हो चुका है।

इस बार UPMSP ने Class 9 से 12 तक के students के लिए teaching, unit tests, practical exams, pre-board और final board exams का एक complete roadmap तैयार किया है। साथ ही schools के लिए कई नए निर्देश भी जारी किए गए हैं — जिनमें 75% attendance अनिवार्य, English में prayer assembly, morning assembly में news reading, और कमज़ोर छात्रों के लिए remedial classes शामिल हैं।

28,000 से ज़्यादा UP Board affiliated schools इन guidelines को follow करने के लिए बाध्य हैं। Lucknow, Prayagraj, Kanpur, Varanasi, Meerut, Ghaziabad, Bareilly और Moradabad — हर जिले के UP Board schools पर यह लागू होगा।

उत्तर प्रदेश में मौजूदा स्थिति

UP Board India का सबसे बड़ा education board है — इस साल Class 10 और 12 में 53.37 लाख से ज़्यादा students registered हुए। Board ने 2025-26 session में कई बड़े reforms किए — Step Marking System, CCTV webcasting, और NEP 2020 aligned syllabus। अब 2026-27 session में इन reforms को और आगे बढ़ाया जा रहा है।

नए Academic Calendar के साथ UPMSP ने schools को यह message दिया है कि discipline, timely syllabus completion और continuous assessment — इन तीनों पर इस साल कोई compromise नहीं होगा। District School Inspectors को regular monitoring और compliance checks की ज़िम्मेदारी दी गई है।

Class 10–12 के छात्रों के लिए जरूरी जानकारी

नए session 2026-27 में Class 9 से 12 के students को कुछ important बातें याद रखनी होंगी:

• 75% Attendance अनिवार्य: UPMSP ने minimum 75% attendance का नियम सख्त किया है। इससे कम attendance वाले students को board exam में बैठने की अनुमति नहीं मिलेगी।
• Unit Tests और Half-Yearly Exams: साल में दो unit tests और half-yearly exams होंगे। इन्हें serious लें — ये final board exam की तैयारी का मुख्य base हैं।
• Syllabus Completion Deadline: Class 10 और 12 का पूरा syllabus 10 जनवरी 2027 तक complete करना होगा। Class 9 और 11 के लिए deadline 25 जनवरी 2027 है।
• NEP 2020 aligned Syllabus: इस बार syllabus application-based और skill-oriented है। Project-based learning और case studies पर ज़ोर रहेगा।
• Step Marking System: 2025-26 में शुरू हुए step marking को 2026-27 में भी continue किया जाएगा — Math और Science में हर सही step को marks मिलेंगे।

UP Board Schools की नई Guidelines 2026-27 – पूरी Details

1. नई Morning Assembly Guidelines

UPMSP ने schools की morning assembly के लिए नए निर्देश जारी किए हैं:

• सप्ताह में एक बार prayer assembly English या अन्य भाषाओं में होगी।
• Daily morning assembly में ताज़ा समाचार की headlines पढ़ी जाएंगी।
• Students को difficult words की सही pronunciation और meanings सिखाई जाएंगी।
• यह initiative students की language skills और general awareness दोनों को बेहतर बनाएगा।

2. 75% Attendance — सख्त नियम

UPMSP ने minimum 75% attendance को mandatory किया है। Schools को student attendance का record maintain करना होगा और district authorities को regular reports देनी होंगी। जिन students की attendance कम होगी, उन्हें board exam में बैठने से रोका जा सकता है।

3. Remedial Classes — कमज़ोर छात्रों के लिए Special Attention

Half-yearly और pre-board exams के बाद academically weak students के लिए remedial classes अनिवार्य रूप से चलाई जाएंगी। यह एक बड़ा बदलाव है — पहले यह schools के discretion पर था, अब यह mandatory guideline है।

4. Continuous और Internal Assessment

NEP 2020 के तहत internal assessment और project-based learning को और मज़बूत किया गया है:

• Practical examinations कुल marks का 30% weightage रखती हैं।
• Students को projects और lab manuals तैयार करने होंगे।
• Internal assessments में critical thinking और creativity पर focus रहेगा।

5. District Monitoring — जिला स्तर पर कड़ी निगरानी

District School Inspectors (DSI) को schools की regular monitoring की ज़िम्मेदारी दी गई है। उन्हें ensure करना होगा कि:

• Schools prescribed schedule को बिना delay के follow कर रहे हैं।
• Syllabus timely complete हो रहा है।
• Evaluation transparent और fair हो रही है।

• बच्चे की attendance monthly check करें। School diary या app से track करें।
