उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने आज — 27 मार्च 2026 — एक ऐतिहासिक और दूरगामी फैसला लिया है। CM Yogi Adityanath के मार्गदर्शन में UP Skill Development Mission (UPSDM) ने Project Praveen में Artificial Intelligence (AI) को शामिल करते हुए Class 9 से 12 के सभी vocational training students के लिए ‘AI for All’ course अनिवार्य कर दिया है।

यह initiative वित्तीय वर्ष 2026-27 से लागू होगी। इसके तहत UP के 1,200 से ज्यादा schools में 2 लाख से अधिक students को Artificial Intelligence और Digital Skills की training दी जाएगी। 4-hour special AI course — students और trainers दोनों के लिए mandatory होगा।

Vocational Education, Skill Development और Entrepreneurship के Minister of State (Independent Charge) Kapil Dev Agarwal ने कहा — “आज की दुनिया में भविष्य की तकनीक AI का ज्ञान हर छात्र को मिलना बहुत जरूरी है। इन 1,200 schools में छात्रों को AI के इस्तेमाल में पूरी तरह genius बनाया जाएगा।”

साथ ही UP Board (UPMSP) ने भी एक बड़ा फैसला किया है — 2026-27 से vocational education Class 9 और 11 के सभी students के लिए mandatory होगी। 29,000+ affiliated schools में 60,000 instructors appoint होंगे और 108 नए vocational courses एक साथ launch होंगे — जिनमें AI, Aerospace, Media, Auto Service Technician जैसे emerging fields शामिल हैं।
