The second provisional allotment list for Rajasthan JET 2026 is due today, October 28. Candidates who took part in the main counselling round can check the college and course allotted to them on the official counselling portal, jetskrau2026.com.
The Rajasthan Joint Entrance Test (JET) 2026 is the entrance exam for undergraduate programmes in agriculture and allied sciences across the state. The counselling is conducted by Swami Keshwanand Rajasthan Agricultural University (SKRAU), Bikaner, which runs the admission process for its constituent and affiliated agricultural universities and colleges.
This is the second list in the main counselling phase. The first provisional list came out on October 21, and candidates allotted seats in that round had until October 23, midnight, to accept and pay. The second list is the next step in the same revised schedule, not a separate admission round with a fresh registration window.
Accept your seat by October 30
Getting a name on the allotment list is only the first step. Every candidate allotted a seat in this round must complete the next steps by October 30, midnight: accept the allotment, deposit the prescribed admission fee, and, if they want a better option, submit a request for upward assessment.
Upward assessment is the route for candidates who have a seat but would prefer a higher-preference college or course. Filing the request by October 30 keeps them in contention for an upgrade in the next list. Candidates who are happy with the seat allotted to them should still complete the acceptance and fee payment by the same deadline, since the portal treats an unaccepted offer as lapsed once the window closes.
Before paying, check the allotment details on the portal carefully: the college name, the course, and any instructions shown on the allotment page. Keep a copy of the payment receipt and the allotment details, since both are usually asked for at the time of reporting. Our admission documents checklist covers the certificates and scans worth keeping ready before that stage.
What comes after October 30
The schedule does not stop at the second list. The third provisional allotment list is due on November 2, and candidates allotted seats in that round must accept and pay by November 4, midnight. Reporting at the allotted colleges is scheduled for November 5 and 6, up to 5 pm.
That reporting window is the point where an online allotment turns into an actual admission, so candidates should plan travel and documents around it rather than leaving it to the last day. Students still weighing one college against another can use our guide on how to choose a university in India to compare factors like course strength and location before the reporting dates arrive.
One practical point is worth repeating: the dates above follow the revised counselling schedule issued by SKRAU. If the portal shows a different instruction for an individual candidate, the portal instruction is the one to follow, since allotment status can vary by candidate and category.
