Where do working executives in Dubai, Singapore or Nairobi go for an MBA that fits around their jobs? IIM Kozhikode has an answer for them. The institute has announced a two-year Global MBA degree programme in partnership with Accenture LearnVantage, with the first batch scheduled to begin in March 2027.
The programme is aimed at experienced international professionals, including working executives, professionals and entrepreneurs across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa and Europe, who want to build leadership capabilities as business becomes more technology driven.
The announcement came on October 17. The degree is part of a broader multi-year strategic collaboration between IIM Kozhikode and Accenture LearnVantage to develop industry-ready talent through learning, research and innovation.
How the programme is structured
The Global MBA carries about 650 learning hours across four semesters. Teaching will mix online classes, campus-based sessions and international workshops held across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa and Europe. IIM Kozhikode’s newly established Urban Learning Centre in Kochi will anchor the programme.
The curriculum uses case studies, projects and immersive exercises that connect classroom concepts with real business problems. Participants will learn from IIM Kozhikode faculty, industry leaders and subject-matter experts, with exposure to how companies manage business transformation and new technology.

The target audience is experienced professionals already in managerial, professional or entrepreneurial roles who want a formal management degree without leaving their careers.
On completion, participants receive an MBA degree from IIM Kozhikode and become part of the institute’s alumni network.
