What happens after the window closes

The counselling moves fast once registration ends, so allotted candidates need to be ready to move in days, not weeks:

• October 21: Provisional seat allocation, grievances on the provisional list, and the final allocation list after grievances
• October 21 to 23 (up to 8:00 PM): Online payment of the provisional tuition fee through the admission portal
• October 24: Physical document verification at Sushruta Auditorium, Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences in Rohtak, with on-the-spot joining or reporting for the allotted institute
• October 26 (up to 4:00 PM): Last date to join the allotted institution

Candidates who miss the fee payment window or the October 24 verification stand to lose the allotted seat, and the October 26 joining deadline is the hard stop for this academic session.

Documents to keep ready

Document verification on October 24 requires originals plus photocopies, including the NEET UG 2026 admit card and scorecard, Class 10 and 12 mark sheets, and category certificates where applicable. Candidates applying under the BCA or BCB category must submit a creamy or non-creamy layer certificate issued after April 1, 2026, and EWS candidates need an income and asset certificate issued after the same date, as per Haryana government norms.
