The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) is releasing the FMGE October 2026 test city allotment today, October 20, through the applicant login on its official website, natboard.edu.in.

Do not wait for an email or a text message. The board has said the allotted city will not be communicated individually by email or SMS, and candidates must log in to check. The city slip is not the admit card

Candidates flagged for deficient documents or images get one more day. The board has extended the deadline to rectify deficient documents and images to October 21, 2026, at 11:55 pm. Flagged candidates must use the scrutiny portal to re-upload whatever was rejected. Skipping the correction carries a real cost: candidates found ineligible before the examination are not issued admit cards. A session running on a tight clock

This October session is the additional one NBEMS added for 2026, taking the exam to three sessions a year. Registration ran from September 11 to September 25, followed by an edit window on September 29 and 30 and a selective edit window for deficient documents and images from October 3 to 19.
