The last window for an All India Quota AYUSH seat this year closes tomorrow. Registration for the AYUSH NEET UG stray vacancy round 1 ends at 2 pm on Monday, November 9, and the fee payment link stays live till 5 pm the same day. The Ayush Admissions Central Counselling Committee (AACCC) opened the round on November 3, and the authorities are unlikely to extend the deadline.
The round covers All India Quota seats in BAMS, BHMS, BUMS and BSMS, along with B.Pharm (ITRA), at deemed universities, central universities and national AYUSH institutes. State quota seats are not part of this round. Those are handled by the state counselling bodies.
The dates that matter
Choice filling and locking run alongside registration and close on the same day, November 9. AACCC will process allotments on November 10 and 11, declare the result on November 12, and ask allotted candidates to report to their institutes between November 13 and 18. It will verify the joined candidates’ data on November 19 and 20.
Who can apply
Only candidates who qualified NEET UG 2026 can take part. Fresh registration is allowed in this round, so candidates who did not register in the earlier rounds can still enter. Those already registered can log in with their existing credentials instead of starting over.
Candidates pay a non-refundable registration fee and a refundable security deposit during registration. The admission documents checklist covers the papers most portals ask for, and it is worth keeping the NEET UG 2026 roll number, scorecard and category documents ready before starting the form.
How to register
Registration runs on the official AACCC portal, with the form itself on the registration page. Candidates enter their NEET UG roll number and personal details, pay the fee and deposit online, then fill and lock their college and course choices in order of preference. Locking matters more than usual here, because the same locked choices carry forward.
A second round, but no second chance to register
AACCC will hold a second stray vacancy round after this one ends. Allotment processing for round 2 is set for November 23, the result comes out on November 24, and reporting runs from November 25 to 30. No fresh registration or fresh choice filling is allowed in round 2. The choices locked in round 1 will be used for allotment there too, so a candidate who misses tomorrow’s deadline is out of both rounds.
The order of choices matters twice over, since the same list decides both rounds. How to choose a university in India explains what to weigh before ranking colleges. Gujarat is running its own AYUSH PG choice filling in parallel, and our report on the Gujarat AYUSH PG round has its November 9 deadline and seat details.
