The Ayush Admissions Central Counselling Committee (AACCC) published the AYUSH NEET UG 2026 Round 3 seat allotment result on October 23, 2026. Candidates who filled and locked their choices by October 20 can log in to the official AACCC portal and download the allotment letter. Reporting at the allotted institute runs from October 24 to October 29.

How Round 3 reached this point

The counselling is run by the Ayush Admissions Central Counselling Committee, which works under the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India. AACCC opened Round 3 registration on October 14, with the window closing at 2 pm on October 20 and fee payment allowed till 5 pm that day. Choice filling ran from October 15 to October 20, and the locking window stayed open from 2 pm to 11:55 pm on the final day. Locked choices could not be edited, and a registration without fee payment did not count for allotment. AACCC then processed the allotment on October 21 and 22 before declaring the result on October 23. The round was open to NEET UG 2026 qualifiers who had not secured a seat earlier, and to fresh candidates who had skipped Rounds 1 and 2.

Which seats the result covers

Round 3 covers all-India quota seats in government and government-aided colleges, plus seats at central universities, national institutes and deemed universities. The courses in play are BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BSMS and BNYS. The published PDF lists each candidate’s name, NEET UG rank, allotted quota, institute, course and category. Institutions admitting AYUSH seats through this counselling include Banaras Hindu University’s Institute of Medical Sciences, Aligarh Muslim University, and the National Institute of Ayurveda in Jaipur.
