National Testing Agency (NTA) ने CUET UG 2026 की exam dates officially confirm कर दी हैं। 11 मई से 31 मई 2026 के बीच Computer Based Test (CBT) mode में यह exam होगी। Registration process 3 जनवरी से शुरू हुई थी और 26 फरवरी 2026 को reopen होकर बंद हो चुकी है।

Subject-wise datesheet अप्रैल 2026 के तीसरे सप्ताह तक cuet.nta.nic.in पर जारी होने की उम्मीद है। Admit Card exam से 3-4 दिन पहले — यानी मई के पहले सप्ताह — मिलेगा। City Intimation Slip अप्रैल के पहले सप्ताह में जारी होगी।

इस बार CUET UG 2026 में 280 से ज़्यादा universities participate कर रही हैं — जिनमें 48 central, 39 state, 26 deemed और 113+ private universities शामिल हैं। UP के छात्रों के लिए BHU Varanasi, AMU Aligarh, BBAU Lucknow और University of Allahabad — ये चारों UP की top central universities CUET score से admission देती हैं।

CUET को लेकर UP में जागरूकता तेज़ी से बढ़ रही है। Lucknow, Prayagraj, Kanpur, Varanasi और Aligarh के coaching centers अब पूरी तरह CUET preparation पर focus कर रहे हैं। लेकिन Bareilly, Moradabad, Gorakhpur और छोटे जिलों के होनहार छात्र अभी भी CUET की process को लेकर confuse रहते हैं।

एक बड़ी सच्चाई यह है कि UP Board के छात्र भी CUET दे सकते हैं — CBSE या ICSE board का कोई advantage नहीं है। CUET का syllabus NCERT पर based है, इसलिए UP Board students के लिए तैयारी उतनी मुश्किल नहीं जितनी वो सोचते हैं।

जो छात्र BHU, AMU, BBAU या University of Allahabad में पढ़ना चाहते हैं, उनके लिए CUET 2026 ही एकमात्र रास्ता है। इन universities की कोई separate entrance नहीं होती — सिर्फ CUET score मायने रखता है।

Class 10–12 के छात्रों के लिए जरूरी जानकारी

CUET UG उन छात्रों के लिए है जो Class 12 के बाद graduation में admission लेना चाहते हैं। अगर आप अभी Class 11 में हैं, तो अभी से CUET की तैयारी शुरू करना सबसे समझदारी की बात है।

• CUET में 3 Sections होते हैं — Section IA/IB (Languages), Section II (Domain Subjects), Section III (General Test)।
• आप maximum 5 subjects choose कर सकते हैं — 2 languages + 3 domain subjects + General Test।
• हर subject 250 marks का होता है। 3 subjects = 750 total, 4 = 1000, 5 = 1250।
• Negative marking है — गलत answer पर -1 mark कटता है। Blind guessing avoid करें।
• UP Board, CBSE, ICSE — किसी भी board के छात्र apply कर सकते हैं। कोई board restriction नहीं।
• Class 12 में minimum 50% marks (General category) और 45% (SC/ST) होने चाहिए।

UP की Top 4 Central Universities – CUET 2026 के ज़रिए Admission

1. BHU (Banaras Hindu University) – Varanasi

BHU UP की सबसे prestigious central university है। NIRF 2025 में Overall Top 10 में। CUET UG score के आधार पर BA, BSc, BCom, Law, Education जैसे courses में admission होता है। IIT BHU में engineering के लिए JEE Advanced चाहिए — CUET नहीं।

Expected Cutoff (General): Popular courses जैसे BA, BCom, BSc में 700+ score target करें।

Fees: ₹7,000 से ₹7 Lakh (course-wise)। Government subsidized — बेहद affordable।

2. AMU (Aligarh Muslim University) – Aligarh

Expected Cutoff (General): BSc Mathematics में 700+, BA में 650+ target करें।

3. University of Allahabad – Prayagraj

India की सबसे पुरानी central universities में से एक। Arts, Science, Commerce, Law सभी streams में CUET से admission। Prayagraj में होने की वजह से UPSC aspirants के लिए भी यह एक ideal choice है।

Expected Cutoff (General): BA — 460+, BSc Biology — 460+, BSc Mathematics — 515+ target करें।

Fees: BSc total 3-year fees मात्र ₹3,300। यह UP का सबसे affordable central university education है।

4. BBAU (Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University) – Lucknow

BBAU UP का सबसे underrated central university है। NIRF 2025 में Overall Rank 58। NAAC A++ graded। CUET UG और CUET PG दोनों से admission।

Expected Cutoff (General): BA/BSc में 420-500 range में। BTech में 460+ target करें।

Fees: UG — ₹5,000–₹60,000 per semester। BTech — total ₹4.4 Lakh। बेहद affordable।

CUET 2026 की तैयारी कैसे करें – Smart Strategy

Step 1: सही Subjects चुनें

यह सबसे important decision है। जिस university और course में admission लेना है, पहले उसकी subject requirement check करें। गलत subject चुनने से पूरी preparation बेकार हो सकती है।

Step 2: NCERT से शुरुआत करें

CUET का domain subject syllabus Class 12 NCERT पर based है। UP Board के students के लिए यह बड़ी राहत की बात है — आप board exam की तैयारी करते हुए CUET की भी तैयारी कर सकते हैं।

Step 3: General Test ignore न करें

बहुत से UP के students सिर्फ domain subjects पर focus करते हैं और General Test छोड़ देते हैं। लेकिन BHU और University of Allahabad जैसी universities General Test score को weightage देती हैं।

Students की आम गलतियां

1. University की subject requirement बिना check किए subjects चुनना: एक student ने History choose किया लेकिन target university को Political Science चाहिए था। पूरी registration बेकार गई। पहले university का prospectus पढ़ें।
