TUF News Desk

Who we are

The TUF News Desk is the newsroom behind TopUniversityForum’s university news coverage. We report on Indian higher education: admissions and counselling, entrance exams, UGC and AICTE policy, new campuses, rankings and student issues.

How we report

• Two-source rule. Every fact in a news story — dates, deadlines, figures, names — is confirmed against at least two independent published sources before we publish. One source is never enough.
• No invented material. We never fabricate quotes, statistics, deadlines or announcements. If a fact cannot be verified, it does not appear in the story.
• Independent wording. Our articles are written independently. We do not copy text from press releases or other publications.
• Corrections. When we get something wrong, we correct it promptly and note the correction. Write to editorial@topuniversityforum.in with the article URL and the correct information.

What we don’t do

We are not affiliated with any university, coaching institute or government body. No institution pays for coverage, and coverage never influences our university profiles or editorial rankings.

Our full standards are published on the editorial policy page.
