Academic Options after MBA in HRM

MBA graduates after completion of the program, hoping to pursue academics in Business Administration and Human Resource Management can always opt for Doctoral Programs. Doctoral Programs are offered by all major Management Institutes and also provide Fellowship ranging from 18,000 INR per month to 30,000 INR per month.
Although the course is open to anyone who fulfills the basic eligibility criteria, it is certainly an apt course for individuals with excellent interpersonal and communication skill. A person who can manage both people and information adeptly and is adaptable to different kind of work environments is a suitable candidate for MBA in HRM.
