    If you want to make your career in Merchant Navy then you need to read this blog in detail. This profile demands a large number of workers to carry and provide goods from one nation to another.     Eligibility Criteria

    • If a candidate completes 12th standard with PCM then he or she is eligible to become merchant navy.

    • It is necessary to have a clear vision and can be permitted within the range plus or minus 2.5.

    • B.Sc. Marine Catering
    Pursuing Merchant Navy After 10th.

    After 10th you can pursue the following merchant navy courses:

    • Near Coastal Voyage (NCV)

    • G.P. Rating

    • Diploma in Nautical Science (DNS)

    • Commercial Diving
    Entrance Exams for Merchant Navy:

    After completing the 12th class, the candidates who are interested can appear for the Indian Maritime University Common Entrance Test (IMU CET) or the All India Merchant Navy Entrance Exam. The exam is conducted in the month of May. JEE, TIMSAT, MERI Entrance Exam are few of the other exams to become Marine Engineering.

    Eligibility Criteria:

    10th for GP rating Course.

    For Deck cadet and Engine cadet: 10+2 with PCM 60%.

    Marine Engineering also is known as the Oceanographic Engineering or the Ocean Engineering is the program course which deals with the study, design, construction, management, and maintenance or the handling of the different types to machines, cargo, engines, etc.

    A Marine Engineering is the one which follows the advanced technology and techniques to construct large cruise ships and machines that would be useful for the navigatii\on process over the vast water bodies around the globe.

    Marine Engineering is the course and program where one learns to design, build, analyze and work over the offshore and the onshore projects.
