    Civil Engineering is a professional engineering discipline and the oldest which deals with the constructed environment.     Another name for the Civil Engineering is the Construction Engineering. The public sector structures which include tunnels, dams, sewers, bridges, highways, airports, railway lanes, industrial plants etc come to this category of Civil Engineering.
