    If your dream is to make career in the lectureship, you must go for the UGC NET Exam. The NET Exam is conducted in more than 80 subjects including Economics. Economics is also one of the subjects in the NET Exam. You are in first year of Economics and you can start your preparation in UGC NET.

    Not only Economics UGC NET Exam is conducted for the Arts, Humanities and Management students.

    The NET Exam is held in two phases Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper 1 would be held in Aptitude section while the Paper 2 is the subject a candidate selects for the UGC NET Exam (Economics in your case). There is no age limit in the UGC NET Exam but to avail the UGC Scholarship of INR 25000 per month you need to clear the UGC NET JRF Cutoff marks. The NET JRF Cutoff marks.     Prepare for the both UGC NET Paper 1 as well as Paper 2 on equal basis.
